About the Role: Sr Solutions Design Analyst
As a Sr Solutions Design Analyst, you’ll be actively involved in the full lifecycle of solution development projects — from early-stage business pursuits right through to implementation. You’ll apply your engineering mindset to design operations that make the best use of labour, technology, systems, and equipment, always with an eye toward efficiency and innovation.
Collaboration is central to this role. Responsibilities
In this position, you’ll be engaged in both new business development and operational reengineering — two sides of the same coin when it comes to supply chain excellence. Each project will call on your ability to manage data, think creatively, and communicate effectively with teams across the organization.
- Supporting the new business development process through active participation in solution design projects
- Developing engineering designs with appropriate use of labour, technologies, systems, and equipment
- Providing analytical and warehouse management systems design support on implementation projects
- Identifying process improvement opportunities within existing operations and incorporating new technology such as robotics
- Managing complex data sets and conducting statistical analysis to support strategy development
- Driving the development of new and innovative services and solutions to meet customer needs
- Comparing different solution options and conducting thorough ROI analysis
Requirements / Skills

- Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience (required)
- 3+ years of experience working in supply chain (required)
- Solutions design experience in a logistics or supply chain context (preferred)

- Ability to analyze and summarize large data sets with accuracy and clarity (required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration (required)
