Responsibilities

This role sits at the intersection of talent development, sales enablement, and organizational culture. Each day involves a mix of program facilitation, cross-departmental coordination, and direct support for employees navigating new roles — all in service of building a stronger, more capable Canadian sales team.

  • Design and deliver a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires and newly promoted employees to ensure seamless integration
  • Develop and update onboarding materials including welcome kits, training manuals, and orientation schedules
  • Coordinate with Hiring Managers, HR, IT, and other departments to ensure all equipment, resources, and system access are in place for new hires
  • Conduct training sessions that introduce employees to DHL’s sales processes, tools, and knowledge base
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-informed adjustments to continuously improve the onboarding experience
  • Provide ongoing support to employees during their initial months in the company or in a new role, addressing questions and concerns as they arise
  • Track and report on onboarding metrics to measure success and surface areas for improvement
  • Support the rollout of global training initiatives to the Canadian sales team
  • Coach existing ISRs and work closely with sales leadership on new hire progression and talent development
  • Foster a positive, inclusive onboarding environment that promotes employee engagement and retention
