Benefits and Salary
Tesla offers competitive compensation based on level and experience. Service Technician II earns between $29.48 and $44.21 per hour, while Service Technician III earns between $34.56 and $51.83 per hour — plus cash and stock awards for all levels. Responsibilities

- Automotive Service Technician’s Licence, or a desire to become a Technician Apprentice through provincial schooling
