Responsibilities
This role covers a wide range of technical and customer-facing tasks across the Montreal region. You’ll be the face of Tesla’s mobile service operation, expected to deliver repairs efficiently while maintaining detailed documentation and a high standard of professionalism. Here’s what you’ll be doing on a regular basis:
- Execute basic and advanced diagnostic and repair work on all aspects of the Tesla product line, including high-voltage systems after completing required training

- Document all repairs consistently and concisely using your company-supplied laptop and Tesla’s internal systems
- Support other Mobile Service Technicians and Tesla Service Centres when needed

- Inspect and maintain shop and mobile equipment, requesting replacements as required
