About the Role: Service Technician
As a Tesla Service Technician, you’ll handle everything from routine diagnostics to advanced repairs across the full Tesla product lineup. You’ll use a company-supplied laptop for diagnostics and online training, operate a range of professional hand, power, and shop tools, and take ownership of accurate repair documentation. The role also includes vehicle cleaning and detailing as part of delivering a complete, high-quality product to customers.
Tesla technicians are expected to maintain a safety-first mindset at all times and to actively contribute to a collaborative and respectful team environment. Service Technician I earns $24.26–$36.38/hour, Service Technician II earns $28.14–$42.20/hour, Service Technician III earns $32.99–$49.48/hour, Sr. Service Technician earns $38.81–$58.21/hour, and Master Service Technician earns $44.62–$66.95/hour — plus cash and stock awards at all levels. Responsibilities
