About the Role: Senior Analyst, AI Value Hub
At the core of this position is the ability to operationalize the AI Value Hub — connecting structured program execution with hands-on stakeholder enablement. You’ll manage intake and triage processes, support governance execution, and deliver training and Community of Practice programming that builds lasting internal capability. This role demands a balance of analytical rigour and interpersonal skill, as you’ll be engaging with both technical and business-facing teams on a regular basis.
You’ll also play a key role in maintaining the integrity of AI and automation delivery by ensuring solutions align with governance, compliance, and data classification standards. Collaboration with delivery leads, technical specialists, and risk teams is central to how this role functions — making cross-functional teamwork an everyday reality.

Canadian Tire offers a broadband salary range of $64,000 – $106,000 CAD, with a typical hiring range between $64,000 and $85,000 depending on experience, internal equity, and market factors. Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be managing multiple workstreams simultaneously — from coordinating AI initiative intake to facilitating community events and ensuring governance compliance. The scope of the work is broad by design, as the AI Value Hub is meant to serve as a central enablement engine across the entire organization.
- Support delivery of AI and automation initiatives across both grassroots and strategic use cases, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities
- Manage intake, triage, and coordination of AI and citizen development initiatives, including backlog tracking and prioritization support
- Act as a key point of contact for business teams guiding adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and related tools
- Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and Community of Practice events to increase adoption and build organizational capability
- Develop and maintain documentation including best practices, playbooks, and guidance to standardize AI and automation delivery approaches
- Provide practical guidance to business and technology teams on solution design, licensing considerations, and deployment readiness
- Ensure governance alignment by collaborating with technology and risk teams on compliance and data classification standards
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, supporting the development and scaling of high-value use cases
- Track progress, highlight risks, and escalate issues to ensure timely delivery of initiatives
Requirements / Skills

- Post-secondary education in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in business analysis, program coordination, or technology-enabled transformation roles
- Experience with AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives in an enterprise context
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across both business and technology teams
- Experience delivering training or enablement programs, including community-based or peer learning formats
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot or Power Platform (or similar low-code/no-code tools); hands-on experience is an asset
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills suited to both technical and non-technical audiences
