Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll wear many hats — part educator, part sales support, part brand storyteller. Every interaction is an opportunity to connect a customer with the Tesla mission and make their experience genuinely memorable, from first contact to vehicle handover.

  • Welcome and engage walk-in guests promptly and personally, creating an environment where every visitor feels valued and comfortable

  • Educate and inspire by answering questions and delivering tailored product experiences, including demo drives and Full Self-Driving demonstrations

  • Support pipeline health by capturing guest information, scheduling test drives, and identifying high-intent buyers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both current and prospective Tesla owners at every stage of the process

Requirements / Skills
