About the Role: Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update a master project priority list weekly, incorporating stakeholder input and ensuring alignment across plans, resources, and reporting
  • Own the integrated project schedule, proactively resolving conflicts, conducting weekly health checks, and flagging risks to delivery timelines
  • Track milestones and phase gates rigorously, escalate delays with impact assessments, and maintain an active risk register with mitigation plans
  • Manage budget tracking, invoice and PO processing, and forecast updates while providing regular spend summaries to stakeholders
  • Act as the central hub for interdepartmental requests, prioritizing, tracking, and closing actions with clear deadlines and context
  • Prepare weekly status reports and dashboards, organize governance meetings, and document decisions, minutes, and action items for leadership review
  • Maintain governance records, decision logs, and project documentation while supporting visibility into resource allocation across projects

Requirements / Skills
