As part of the LCS team, you’ll be selling Google’s full suite of advertising solutions — from Search and YouTube to Measurement and programmatic platforms — directly to large customers and agencies. You’ll be their go-to partner, helping them navigate industry shifts and make the most of Google’s technology in an increasingly AI-driven advertising landscape.

About the Role: Programmatic Account Manager

Day-to-day, this role is about being both a strategic advisor and a results-driven seller. You’ll lead conversations with senior client stakeholders, uncover their marketing goals and KPIs, and translate those needs into concrete campaign strategies built on Google’s advertising products. You’ll handle a book of accounts within the financial services vertical, keeping a close eye on performance and consistently finding ways to grow those relationships.

Success in this role requires strong analytical skills alongside genuine commercial drive. You’ll be expected to identify upsell opportunities, manage account hygiene, handle objections with confidence, and pitch data-driven solutions that demonstrate measurable value. Collaboration is key — you’ll work alongside other sellers, cross-functional teams, and agency partners to deliver outcomes that matter to both clients and Google.
