About the Role: Produce Stocker

As a Produce Stocker at Walmart Canada, you’ll maintain and zone the produce area, assist with stocking, and ensure all goods are properly signed and priced. Benefits and Salary

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $19.05 per hour. Responsibilities

• Zone the produce department to ensure merchandise is properly organized and presented
• Rotate stock and check for expired or past sell-by-date products regularly
• Ensure all merchandise is properly signed and priced according to store standards
• Adhere to cold chain compliance standards including thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, and food handling procedures
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and compliant department
• Process ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, signing, flagging, pricing, and labelling according to proper procedures
• Stock merchandise, downstock where applicable, apply product protection as required, and set and complete modulars including flex modulars and new shelf caps
• Follow all Health and Safety guidelines throughout every shift
