Personal Vehicle Driver – UPS – Quebec City, QC

UPS is looking for a Personal Vehicle Driver to join their team in Quebec City, Quebec. This is a temporary, seasonal part-time position that puts you out on the road delivering packages to residential customers — a great fit if you enjoy working independently, staying active, and getting paid to drive your own vehicle.

You’ll be picking up packages, loading your personal vehicle, and making deliveries primarily in residential areas. The role is physically demanding and fast-paced, involving regular lifting, lowering, and carrying of parcels throughout your shift.

About the Role: Personal Vehicle Driver

As a Personal Vehicle Driver at UPS, your day revolves around package retrieval, loading, and residential delivery. You’ll be working outdoors in a dynamic, physical environment where efficiency and customer service are equally important. This role requires your own registered and insured vehicle that meets UPS’s approved vehicle requirements.

You’ll need to be available Monday to Friday between 10am and 7pm, working a minimum of 3 to 5 hours per shift, with start times typically between 10am and noon. Compliance with all provincial and local regulations is required, and strong communication skills in both French and English are essential for serving Quebec City residents.

Benefits and Salary

This role pays an hourly rate of $19/hour, and UPS will also reimburse you $0.59 for every kilometre driven, helping offset the cost of using your personal vehicle. This kilometre reimbursement can add up meaningfully over the course of a shift, making this a competitive package for a part-time seasonal role.

• Provide excellent customer service during all customer interactions, in both French and English

Requirements / Skills

• Minimum 21 years of age as required for this role
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driving record
• Bilingual (French and English) communication skills for serving Quebec City customers
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Personal vehicle registered in your name with valid insurance — must be a 4-door sedan, hatchback (mid-size or larger), minivan, SUV, or covered van
• Current vehicle registration and insurance coverage in good standing
• Willingness to use your personal vehicle for package transport and delivery
