About the Role: Coffee Shop Clerk

As a Store Colleague in the coffee shop department, your day-to-day will revolve around making sure the store is well-stocked, clean, and ready to serve customers. You’ll be engaging with shoppers, maintaining product displays, and ensuring everything meets Loblaws’ standards for quality and presentation. Your conversations with customers matter — clerks are encouraged to inspire and assist shoppers with product knowledge.

You’ll also play a role in health and safety compliance, accurate product scanning, and identifying when inventory needs replenishing. Working as part of a team is central to this role, and your ability to stay organized and courteous under pressure will make a real difference in the department’s success.

This is a unionized position with a hiring range of $17.60 – $22.19 per hour, as set out in the applicable collective bargaining agreement. • Provide great customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and responding promptly to customer needs
• Maintain product displays and shelves in line with company standards
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs, assisting with ordering when required
• Set up company-directed promotions and in-store programs
• Keep department areas neat and tidy at all times
• Uphold health and safety standards throughout every shift

Requirements / Skills
