About the Role: Warehouse Associate II (MHE)

As a Warehouse Associate II, you’ll be directly responsible for meeting operational key performance indicators (KPIs) that keep UPS’s supply chain running smoothly. Your day will involve a range of warehouse functions — receiving, sorting, picking, kitting, packing, shipping, and cycle counts — and you may be responsible for supporting multiple client accounts. You’ll use PC-based warehouse management systems (WMS), RF Scanners, and power equipment including pallet jacks, reach trucks, and forklifts.

You’ll work under the guidance of a Warehouse Lead or Supervisor, but you’re expected to bring experience and judgement to your work. GMP and SOP compliance are central to how things get done here, and you’ll be expected to uphold and encourage safe work practices across the team, including participation in the Comprehensive Health & Safety Program (CHSP).

Responsibilities

This role covers the full spectrum of warehouse operations, from the moment product arrives at the dock to the moment it ships out the door. Accuracy, accountability, and efficiency are what drive performance in this position — each task connects directly to client satisfaction and operational KPIs.

  • Receive and inspect inbound product according to established SOPs and verify accuracy
  • Put away product in correct locations and manage returns, including counting quantities and completing paperwork
  • Pick orders, verifying product name, code, lot number, expiration date, and quantity — escalating concerns to a Lead or Supervisor as needed
  • Pack and stage outbound product securely, applying correct documentation and labelling (pick/pack slips, refrigerate stickers, etc.)
  • Create shipping documents including waybills, shipping manifests, and labels for parcel and LTL skid shipments; maintain accurate data in the WMS
  • Operate power equipment safely, including pallet movers, forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers
  • Conduct cycle counts daily, weekly, and/or monthly; identify and report over stock, shortages, and damages (OS&D)
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly via email or phone and communicate service issues to the Supervisor
  • Compile client reports daily and monthly per SOP, including customer KPI reports
  • Participate in safety programs, encourage safe practices among peers, and ensure all equipment is in proper working order

Requirements / Skills
