This is an afternoon shift role running Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4:15 PM to 2:25 AM. The four-day schedule gives you a built-in long weekend, and with a competitive pay rate plus a shift differential, the compensation is solid for a warehouse position.

About the Role: Order Filler Picker

As an Order Filler Picker, your primary focus is the safe, accurate, and efficient picking and packing of customer orders. Working from pick sheets or a handheld computer, you’ll pull merchandise from bins and shelves, verify quantities, and prepare orders for shipment. The work is hands-on and physical, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout your shift.

Keeping a clean, organized, and safe work area is a key part of the job. DHL places a strong emphasis on workplace safety and accuracy — whether you’re counting inventory, transporting orders to shipping areas using non-powered material handling equipment, or assisting with physical inventory counts, attention to detail matters here.

Benefits and Salary

This seasonal position pays $21.50/hour plus a $1.00/hour shift differential for the afternoon shift. Full-time associates at DHL are eligible for a medical and dental benefits package, basic life and AD&D insurance, and short-term disability coverage. Responsibilities

Day-to-day work in this role revolves around accurately fulfilling customer orders in a fast-moving warehouse environment. Every task — from picking to transporting to counting — directly impacts the accuracy and timeliness of shipments going out the door.

• Pick and pack customer orders efficiently using pick sheets or a handheld computer
• Verify quantities to ensure the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped
• Retrieve merchandise from bins and shelves to fulfill orders accurately
• Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment
• Count product inventory by location with precision
• Assist with physical inventories as required
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area at all times

Requirements / Skills

DHL is looking for candidates who are reliable, physically capable, and detail-oriented. You don’t need years of experience — this role is well-suited to someone newer to warehouse work who is eager to learn and contribute. What matters most is your work ethic and commitment to accuracy.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 6 months of warehouse experience preferred (0–12 months accepted)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Comfort with handheld technology or ability to follow written pick sheets
• Attention to detail when verifying and counting orders
• Availability for the afternoon shift schedule: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings
