About the Role: Warehouse Associate II (MHE)
As a Warehouse Associate II, you’ll be responsible for a broad set of warehouse functions including unloading, sorting, picking, kitting, packing, shipping, and cycle counts. You may support multiple accounts and will use warehouse management systems to track packages, confirm shipments, print labels, and manage inventory. Direct contact with customers and vendors is also part of the picture, and you’ll report to a Warehouse Lead or Supervisor.
This role requires someone who takes accuracy and compliance seriously — from matching orders and lot numbers to following established SOPs, GMP guidelines, and government regulations. Responsibilities
Day to day, you’ll be moving through a full cycle of warehouse operations — from receiving product at the dock to staging it for outbound shipment. Accuracy, speed, and adherence to standard operating procedures are central to how this role delivers value to clients and end customers alike.
- Receive and inspect inbound product according to established SOPs, ensuring quality and quantity are verified
- Put away product in correct storage locations and receive returns, confirming quantities and condition
- Pick and verify orders by checking product name, size, product code, lot number, expiration date, and quantity — escalating concerns when needed
- Pack and stage product securely, placing the correct documentation (pick/pack slips, labels, refrigerate stickers) with each order
- Create shipping labels and paperwork for parcels and LTL skid shipments including waybills and shipping manifests; maintain accurate data in the WMS
- Operate power equipment safely including pallet movers, forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers; use RF scanners for barcode scanning
- Conduct cycle counts daily, weekly, and/or monthly; identify OS&D discrepancies and report or correct errors
- Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone, resolve issues, and compile daily and monthly client reports per SOP
- Promote workplace safety by encouraging safe practices, identifying training needs, and participating in the CHSP committee
Requirements / Skills
