Overnight Associate – Walmart – Woodstock, NB
Location: Halifax, NS | Company: Walmart
Walmart Canada’s store in Woodstock, New Brunswick is looking for an Overnight Associate to join their team at 430 Connell St. This is a hands-on, physical role that keeps the store running smoothly behind the scenes — stocking shelves, processing merchandise, and getting everything ready before the doors open each morning.
Working overnight means you’ll be part of a crew that plays a critical role in the flow of merchandise from the receiving dock to the sales floor. If you’re someone who likes staying active, working as part of a team, and taking pride in a job well done, this position is worth a serious look.
About the Role: Overnight Associate
As an Overnight Associate at Walmart Woodstock, your primary focus is on receiving, processing, and stocking merchandise to prepare the store for opening. You’ll be unloading trailers, pulling pallets, labelling product, and placing merchandise in backroom bins — all in a safe and clean environment. The overnight shift places a stronger emphasis on backroom stocking and labelling compared to day or evening roles, making it a distinct and important part of store operations.
You’ll work as part of a coordinated team, strategically planning and executing duties based on workload and operational needs. Adherence to Walmart’s safety policies and procedures is a key part of the role — including completing safety sweep logs and ensuring that displays and fixtures remain secure throughout the shift.
