About the Role: OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate
In this role, you’ll be responsible for picking, packing, and dispensing online orders with a strong focus on quality and accuracy. You’ll work across different areas of the store, selecting fresh and high-quality products, checking product codes and quantities, and packing totes efficiently to maximize space while keeping items safe. Every order you fulfil contributes directly to customer trust and satisfaction.
Beyond the physical fulfilment tasks, you’ll also interact with customers and colleagues, helping resolve issues when they arise. You’ll be expected to follow food hygiene and safety standards, keep your work area clean, and operate any required equipment safely. Flexibility is key — this role involves a range of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights.
Benefits and Salary
This position starts at a minimum rate of $16.05 per hour.
