Working alongside the WHS Site Manager and WHS Specialist, you’ll be the go-to medical resource on the floor — providing first aid, coordinating workers’ compensation programs, coaching associates on safe work habits, and helping manage cases from injury through return to work. It’s a role that blends clinical skill with genuine people engagement in a fast-moving warehouse environment.

About the Role: Onsite Medical Representative

As an OMR at Amazon, you’ll independently assess and administer first aid, refer associates to outside medical providers when needed, and actively participate in case management review meetings. You’ll greet new hires, attend weekly associate safety committee meetings, and maintain close engagement with both associates and leadership on the operations floor. This isn’t a desk job — you’ll be out on the floor, building relationships and identifying risks before they become injuries.

A strong focus on OSHA regulations, record-keeping, and workers’ compensation compliance is central to this role. You’ll also participate in CPR, first aid, and AED certification training, maintain your own credentials, and support emergency response at the site. Flexible shift availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays — is required to match the 24/7 nature of Amazon’s operations.
