OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate (Part-Time) – Walmart – Thunder Bay, ON

Walmart Canada’s Thunder Bay location is looking for a part-time OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate to join their in-store team at 1020 Dawson Rd. About the Role: OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate

As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, your core focus is executing the online order fulfillment process from start to finish. You’ll pick products from different temperature zones across the store, confirm quantities and product codes, pack totes efficiently, and apply accurate labels and documentation. The job demands both attention to detail and a steady pace to keep up with order volumes.

Beyond the picking and packing, you’ll also help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following food hygiene protocols, completing safety checks, and reporting any issues promptly. You’ll work alongside fellow associates and occasionally assist customers directly — so a positive attitude and good communication go a long way here.

Responsibilities

• Pick and assemble customer orders from multiple temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on-time fulfilment
• Pack orders by verifying product selection, quantities, and product codes to ensure accuracy before dispatch
• Select fresh, high-quality products and identify and remove damaged or unsuitable items from orders
• Complete documentation accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels, to maintain order integrity
• Pack totes efficiently to maximize space usage while preserving product quality and safety throughout the process
• Support customers by providing assistance and helping resolve any order-related issues in a positive manner
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use
• Operate equipment safely and complete all required safety checks as part of daily routine
• Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs
