About the Role: OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate

As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, your core focus is executing the online order fulfillment process from start to finish. You’ll pick products from different temperature zones across the store, confirm quantities and product codes, pack totes efficiently, and apply accurate labels and documentation. The job demands both attention to detail and a steady pace to keep up with order volumes.

  • Complete documentation accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels, to maintain order integrity
  • Pack totes efficiently to maximize space usage while preserving product quality and safety throughout the process
  • Support customers by providing assistance and helping resolve any order-related issues in a positive manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use
