As a Dairy Frozen Associate, your main focus is ensuring the department is always customer-ready, well-stocked, and compliant with food safety guidelines. You’ll manage everything from product rotation and expiry checks to accurate pricing and signage, keeping the department clean, organized, and properly zoned throughout your shift.

This position involves working across a variety of shifts — including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights — and requires the ability to handle a fast-paced workload that includes physical tasks like standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting items up to 20 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. You’ll also be expected to follow all company policies and Health and Safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for both customers and colleagues.

Benefits and Salary

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $17.75 per hour. Responsibilities

• Maintain Department Organization — Keep the Dairy/Frozen department clean, organized, and properly zoned so it is always customer-ready
• Stock Rotation and Quality Checks — Rotate merchandise regularly and check for expired products to uphold freshness and quality standards
• Pricing and Inventory Accuracy — Ensure merchandise is accurately signed and priced, following procedures for ordering, markdowns, labelling, and clearance
• Cold Chain and Food Safety Compliance — Adhere to cold chain and food safety standards, including temperature checks, thermometer calibration, proper product handling, and sanitation procedures
• Merchandising and Feature Maintenance — Support merchandising standards and promotional execution by maintaining department features
• Safety and Cleanliness — Remove debris, spills, and hazards while following all Company policies and Health and Safety guidelines
• Flexible Availability — Work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
