Responsibilities

  • Stock display cases with wrapped and labelled meat by reaching through sliding windows or repositioning racks to the floor
  • Operate the meat grinder, dumping meat into the machine and checking fat content of each batch for quality and consistency
  • Clean and sanitize the work area throughout the day, maintaining compliance with health codes and proper temperature standards
  • Perform routine maintenance on department machinery and equipment
  • Provide courteous member service and assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed

Requirements / Skills
