About the Role: Lunch Supervisor
As a Lunch Supervisor at Tim Hortons, you’ll step into a leadership role during the evening shift, overseeing up to 5 team members on days when the other supervisor is off. Your responsibilities will span customer service, food preparation, drive-thru operations, and store closure procedures at 11pm. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping the shift on track from start to finish.
Beyond serving guests, you’ll play a key role in maintaining sanitation and cleanliness standards, completing all assigned shift tasks, and making sure your team stays aligned with Tim Hortons’ operational standards. Benefits and Salary
This position pays $18.60 per hour with a bi-weekly pay cycle and guaranteed hours of 40 hours per week. After one year of full-time employment, team members become eligible for a benefits package including extended health care. Responsibilities
In this supervisory role, you’ll oversee the full evening shift operation at Tim Hortons, ensuring your team delivers consistent service while meeting all health, safety, and cleanliness standards. Your leadership keeps the shift running efficiently and ensures a positive experience for both the team and the guests.
- Supervise up to 5 team members during the 3pm–11pm shift, 2–3 days per week
- Enforce all Tim Hortons company standards and health and safety protocols
- Complete all tasks assigned to the shift and ensure team accountability
- Manage customer service at the counter, drive-thru, bagel station, and food prep areas
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness through thorough sanitization procedures
- Execute proper store closure procedures at 11pm
Requirements / Skills
