About the Role: PM Supervisor

As the PM Supervisor at Tim Hortons Bible Hill, you’ll be the go-to leader on the floor during evening shifts. Your day typically begins around 2:00 p.m. and runs through close, covering everything from speed of service coaching during rush periods to completing closing logs and organizing the restaurant for the following morning.

This role demands someone who leads by example and holds the team to Tim Hortons brand standards — from proper DayMark labelling and FIFO food rotation to planogram execution and showcase presentation. You’ll also act as a communication bridge between the evening team and management, reporting shift results, flagging challenges, and ensuring continuity across operations.

Benefits and Salary

This full-time, permanent position offers a pay rate of $17.00 to $17.50 per hour. The role provides stable, consistent hours as part of a permanent team at a well-established franchise location in Bible Hill.

Responsibilities

On a typical evening shift, you’ll be managing the floor, coaching your team, and making sure every guest leaves satisfied. These responsibilities are what keep the restaurant operating at a high level from mid-afternoon through the end of the night.

• Lead and support the PM team to uphold Tim Hortons standards for quality, cleanliness, and food safety
• Execute PM showcase standards, planograms, and product availability throughout the shift
• Coach team members on speed of service targets during peak periods
• Complete and verify all closing duties, logs, and cleaning tasks before end of shift
• Prepare the restaurant for the next day, including staging, prep, and overall organization
• Monitor DayMark labels, FIFO rotation, and food safety procedures to remain compliant
• Address issues in real time and escalate concerns to management when appropriate
• Communicate shift results, challenges, and priorities to the management team at end of night
