Day to day, you’ll be developing and executing international expansion plans for agency partners, identifying high-impact export opportunities, and building strategic go-to-market plans for non-domestic markets. You’ll leverage thought leadership and analytics to craft data-driven export business recommendations that directly influence your partners’ marketing operations globally. From training workshops to executive-level relationship management, this role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Collaboration is central to success here. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales and product teams to support partners from expansion strategy all the way through to campaign execution. Benefits and Salary
The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is CAD $124,000–$127,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Responsibilities

- Accelerate agency growth by helping Google’s GCS agency partners drive their clients’ investments in international markets through enablement programming and digital advertising expertise
- Build high-level relationships to serve as a trusted consultant, understanding partner objectives and developing forward-thinking, data-driven export business recommendations
- Identify high-impact export opportunities within your assigned portfolio using existing frameworks and tools, and develop export growth narratives to drive results
- Partner cross-functionally with sales and product teams to manage support from expansion strategy through to campaign execution
- Facilitate export acumen and resource growth within Google and partner portfolios through trainings, workshops, networking events, and acquisition programs
- Innovate new strategies to help sellers scale international growth plans across a dynamic portfolio of 15–20 agencies
Requirements / Skills
Google is looking for a candidate who brings a strong foundation in digital advertising and a genuine passion for international markets. The ideal person is equally comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders as they are digging into data to build compelling growth strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience in digital advertising in a client-facing role (sales, agencies, account management) or in business development, partnerships, or management consulting
- International market experience — working with multinational clients or managing international relationships is a strong asset
- International business development background, including developing and executing expansion plans across multiple countries and cultures
- Thought leadership and data-driven modelling experience with tangible impact on marketing operations across international markets
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with strong technical product aptitude and problem-solving ability
- English proficiency is required, as Google operates as a global company requiring efficient cross-border collaboration
