About the Role: Hub Supervisor

As a Hub Supervisor, your primary focus will be supervising Package Handlers and ensuring that your team operates safely, accurately, and efficiently during every shift. Strong leadership and proactive communication are at the core of this position.

This role also requires close collaboration with personnel across various departments, making interpersonal skills and bilingual communication essential. Given that 50% of interactions involve clients outside of Quebec, strong proficiency in both French and English — written and spoken — is a firm requirement for this position.

Responsibilities

The Hub Supervisor at UPS plays a hands-on leadership role that directly shapes the performance and culture of the warehouse team.   • Supervise Package Handlers on shift, ensuring adherence to all safety policies and procedures in line with department, corporate, and OSHA requirements

Requirements / Skills

UPS is looking for a candidate who combines leadership ability with practical warehouse experience and strong communication skills. The right person will be comfortable working in a structured yet dynamic environment and capable of holding a team accountable while supporting their development.

  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required — both written and spoken — with strong verbal and written skills in French being essential due to regular interactions with clients outside Quebec
  • Physical capability to lift up to 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
  • Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week (Monday to Friday, evening shift)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to lead, coach, and coordinate effectively
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced warehouse environment with consistency and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent — preferred
  • Management experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity — preferred
