About the Role: Automotive Mechanic

This unionized role starts at $42.29 per hour, with automatic progression to a top rate of $43.49 per hour after 12 months of post-seniority service — all governed by the existing Collective Agreement. Pay is issued weekly every Friday. Additional compensation includes a tool allowance and safety boots allowance allocated annually. Paid vacation scales generously with tenure: 2 weeks after 1 year, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years, 5 weeks after 20 years, and 6 weeks after 25 years.
