About the Role: General Merchandise Associate

As a General Merchandise Associate, your primary focus is maintaining the general merchandise area of the store — that means zoning assigned sections, stocking shelves, setting modulars, and moving feature merchandise back to its modular home. You’ll also handle recovery merchandise from the Customer Service desk and provide front-end coverage when needed.

Keeping the store safe and tidy is a shared responsibility on this team. You’ll contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures remain secure. Strong communication with fellow associates helps keep the floor covered and running smoothly throughout every shift.

Benefits and Salary

The minimum starting wage for this position is $18.75 per hour.
