Forklift Operator – DHL Supply Chain – Mississauga, ON
Location: Mississauga, ON | Company: DHL
DHL Supply Chain is looking for a Forklift Operator to join their team in Mississauga, Ontario. This is a dual-trained role focused on picking and packing parts for airplane engines — a unique opportunity to work within a critical, specialized supply chain environment. If you have hands-on experience with Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) equipment and enjoy working with a focused team on afternoon shifts, this position is worth your attention.
Day-to-day, you’ll be operating powered material handling equipment (MHE) to move, locate, stack, and count product. The role demands strong distributive attention during picking and packing operations and a commitment to accuracy in both inventory control and outbound shipment preparation.
About the Role: Forklift Operator
As a Forklift Operator with DHL Supply Chain, your primary function is the safe and efficient movement of product using forklifts, clamp trucks, and other powered equipment. Approximately 80% of your shift will involve loading, unloading, and staging materials. You’ll also be responsible for verifying inbound and outbound product — checking counts, condition, product code dates, and ensuring everything meets customer specifications.
Working within a regulated warehouse environment, you’ll be expected to comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards, complete daily equipment inspections, and help maintain a clean, organized facility. Teamwork and attention to detail are essential in this fast-moving, precision-driven setting.

This full-time position pays $23.50 per hour. Full-time associates receive a comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental coverage, basic life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, short-term disability, and a standard Long-Term Disability (LTD) option. Optional benefits include additional life and AD&D insurance as well as critical illness coverage (including dependent coverage, subject to evidence of insurability). Retirement savings options include a DCPP, RRSP, and TFSA. Eligible full-time associates also receive Paid Time Off (PTO), paid holidays, and access to an education reimbursement program.
