Day to day, a FedEx Flex Driver is the face of the company out in the community. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and the reliability of FedEx’s delivery network — making every shift matter. Here’s what your typical duties will look like:

  • Deliver packages to predetermined customers along specific routes in a timely and professional manner
  • Review orders prior to departure to confirm accuracy and completeness
  • Load and unload the delivery vehicle safely, handling packages up to 70 lbs
  • Provide exceptional customer service during each delivery interaction
  • Complete mandatory training including pre-placement driver assessments and any recurrency programs
  • Operate within FedEx guidelines and maintain compliance with all applicable driving regulations
  • Adapt to varying shift schedules based on business requirements and operational needs

Requirements / Skills
