The core of this position is timely and accurate package delivery to customers along assigned routes. Responsibilities

Day to day, a FedEx Flex Driver keeps the operation running by ensuring packages reach customers safely and on time. From pre-route prep to final delivery, every step requires focus, physical capability, and a customer-first mindset.

• Deliver packages to predetermined customers along assigned routes in a timely manner
• Review orders prior to departure to verify accuracy and completeness
• Load and unload the delivery vehicle safely and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service at every delivery stop
• Lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs as part of daily physical duties
• Complete mandatory training and achieve minimum thresholds on driver assessment programs
• Operate in a PC/Windows environment and manage route-related tasks electronically
• Maintain annual accreditations and complete all recurrency training as required

• Valid full Class 5 / G driver’s licence is mandatory — no exceptions
• Clean driving record with no more than two violations or accidents in the past 24 months
• High school diploma or educational equivalent
• Customer service experience — at least one year in a customer-oriented role is preferred
• Physical fitness to lift up to 70 lbs throughout the shift
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle routes efficiently
• Ability to work under pressure and manage stress in a fast-paced delivery environment
• Bilingual (French and English) required if residing in the province of Quebec
