About the Role: Finance Intern – Short Term Assignment
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Finance Intern will be embedded within the Finance team and contribute to a range of day-to-day financial operations. From account reconciliations and invoice processing to supporting month-end close activities, you’ll be handling real work that has a direct impact on the organization’s financial accuracy and reporting quality.

Responsibilities
As a Finance Intern at DHL Global Forwarding, your daily work will centre on supporting the finance team with critical operational and reporting tasks. These responsibilities are designed to give you broad exposure to real financial processes within a high-volume, global logistics environment.
- Assist the Finance team with account reconciliations and financial data validation
- Support the preparation and analysis of financial reports and spreadsheets
- Review and organize financial documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Process data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking activities
- Support month-end close activities and associated reporting requirements
- Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies for follow-up
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies

Requirements / Skills
