Requirements / Skills

Google is looking for a seasoned enterprise sales professional who brings deep experience with cloud or B2B software sales, a consultative mindset, and the ability to engage at the executive level.   • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field
  • 10+ years of experience in quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or consultative account management at a B2B software company
  • Full sales cycle management experience — including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Commercial negotiation skills with a track record of managing complex agreements and multi-year engagements
  • Executive-level consultative selling experience — asking insightful questions, presenting future-forward proposals, and building multi-year account strategies
  • Cloud, data, and AI value proposition expertise, including the ability to qualify leads and align technology solutions to customers’ strategic business challenges
  • Business and financial acumen — including P&L management and accurate forecasting in enterprise sales contexts
  • Cross-functional leadership experience, guiding internal teams and external partners through complex project implementation and negotiation
