About the Role: Fashion Associate Part Time

As a Fashion Associate at Walmart Canada, your primary focus is on delivering strong customer service while keeping the fashion section fully stocked, well-merchandised, and visually organized. You’ll process incoming fashion merchandise, maintain modular and signage integrity, and ensure displays are set up correctly. Seasonal arrangements are also part of the mix, with an emphasis on timely execution.

Beyond the day-to-day stocking tasks, you’ll be expected to uphold health and safety standards, completing safety sweep logs and making sure fixtures and displays are secure at all times. The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $17.75 per hour. Responsibilities

Working on the salesfloor as a Fashion Associate, your day will revolve around keeping the department in top shape while delivering friendly, helpful service to every customer who walks in. These responsibilities ensure that shoppers can always find what they need and that the department remains organized, safe, and well-presented.

• Greet and assist customers in a polite and friendly manner, helping them locate merchandise and make purchase decisions
• Promote products and services and resolve customer concerns or refer them to the appropriate team member when needed
• Process and stock all incoming fashion merchandise efficiently and accurately
• Merchandise non-modular fashion items and ensure proper fixtures and supplies are used and replaced as required
• Maintain signage integrity as dictated by the modular plan
• Replenish seasonal merchandise in a timely manner as part of planned seasonal arrangements
• Keep the salesfloor clean, tidy, and hazard-free at all times
• Complete safety sweep logs and ensure displays and fixtures remain secure in compliance with company policy
