About the Role: Document Data Entry

In this position, you’ll be responsible for handling critical export shipment documentation to ensure compliance with customs regulations across various import countries. Your day-to-day tasks will include general office duties, data entry, and preparing reports and presentations using Microsoft Word and Excel. You’ll also coordinate and compile information for internal use and assist with problem resolution and basic research tasks.

Given that this role involves regular interactions with clients outside of Quebec (approximately 70% of the time), strong bilingual communication skills in both French and English are essential. You’ll be expected to represent UPS professionally in both written and spoken communications, contributing to the smooth flow of logistics operations.
