Responsibilities

In this role, your day-to-day work centres on customs documentation, data accuracy, and office coordination. Each task you complete contributes directly to UPS’s ability to deliver compliant and timely service to its customers across North America.

  • Manage critical US customs shipment requests to maintain security and regulatory compliance
  • Collect and process export shipment documentation to meet import country clearance regulations
  • Perform general office duties including answering phones, data entry, and filing
  • Prepare and format reports and presentations using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Coordinate and compile information for internal distribution and operational use
  • Support problem resolution and assist with basic research tasks as needed
  • Deliver promised service levels to UPS customers through accurate and timely documentation handling

Requirements / Skills

UPS is looking for a candidate who brings both bilingual proficiency and solid office administration experience to this role. You’ll need to be comfortable working quickly and accurately under evening shift conditions, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
