Responsibilities

  • Lead Dealer Governance by owning Store Technology’s engagement across Dealer committees, governance forums, and executive reviews — ensuring decisions and commitments are clearly managed and communicated
  • Manage the Dealer Technology Portfolio & Roadmap by consolidating and maintaining dealer-facing roadmaps with visibility into priorities, financials, dependencies, and delivery progress
  • Oversee Financial Commitments related to Dealer technology investments, CTDA costs, leases, and funding obligations to ensure transparency and sound financial stewardship
  • Drive Dealer Procurement Governance by providing oversight of dealer-facing procurement requests, approvals, and decisions while keeping Dealers informed of upcoming costs and impacts
  • Serve as the Primary Dealer Tech Relationship Lead — acting as the single accountable point of contact for governance, strategic alignment, and stakeholder engagement across Store Technology
  • Improve Transparency & Alignment by ensuring Dealers, CTDA, business partners, and technology teams receive consistent communications and coordinated support

Requirements / Skills
