About the Role: Data Systems Agent
As a Data Systems Agent, your primary focus is on the accurate and timely entry of data into FedEx’s computerized systems. You’ll sort, split, batch, and image airbills and related documents for both customs compliance and archival purposes. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining organized files and generating reports from gathered data.

Responsibilities
The Data Systems Agent plays an essential role in the accuracy and efficiency of FedEx’s backend operations. Each shift, you’ll be handling a variety of data-driven tasks that directly support customs processing, record-keeping, and financial accuracy across the facility.
- Accurately enter data into FedEx’s computerized systems with a high degree of precision
- Sort, split, batch, and image airbills and relevant documents for customs clearance and archival purposes
- Maintain organized files to ensure documents are accessible and properly stored
- Gather and research data to generate operational reports as required
- Collect and deposit operational payments from customers accurately and on time
- Support compliance with customs documentation requirements
Requirements / Skills
The ideal candidate for this role is someone with solid administrative and computer skills who can manage multiple tasks efficiently during a fast-paced evening shift.
