Data, Measurement and Analytics Specialist – Google – Toronto, ON
Location: Toronto, ON | Company: Google
At the intersection of media, technology, and data science, Google’s Large Customer Sales (LCS) team in Toronto, Ontario is looking for a Data, Measurement and Analytics (DM&A) Specialist to serve as a trusted advisor to some of the world’s most sophisticated advertisers. This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who thrives on translating complex datasets into business decisions that actually move the needle.
You’ll be working with executive stakeholders across marketing, analytics, and strategy — helping Canada’s largest brands modernise their measurement infrastructure, adopt privacy-safe data practices, and extract real value from their media investments using tools like Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and incrementality testing.
About the Role: Data, Measurement and Analytics Specialist
This role sits within Google’s Large Customer Sales organisation, a team that partners with leading brands and agencies to navigate major industry shifts and drive outsized business performance. As a DM&A Specialist, you’ll lead measurement and experimentation strategy end-to-end — from guiding the implementation of Google’s tagging infrastructure (gTag, GTM, server-side GTM) to designing causal inference experiments and building executive-level narratives from data. You’ll help clients integrate first-party data solutions and position their businesses for long-term success as the industry continues to evolve.
Collaboration is at the heart of this position. You’ll partner closely with Google’s internal sales and product teams while simultaneously managing relationships with external clients and vendors. The ability to challenge conventional thinking, build trust with decision-makers, and communicate with clarity at every level of an organisation is essential to succeeding here.
Benefits and Salary
Google offers a competitive compensation package for this role in Canada. The salary range is $156,000–$159,000 CAD, plus a 60% bonus target, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
