Creator Brand Deal Specialist – Google – Toronto, ON
Location: Toronto, ON | Company: Google
Google is looking for a Creator Brand Deal Specialist to join its team in Toronto, Ontario. This role sits at the intersection of creator marketing, advertising operations, and sales enablement—making it a compelling opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-moving digital media environments and understands the influencer ecosystem inside and out.
Day-to-day, you’ll be managing the full production lifecycle of brand deals, coordinating with Influencer Management Agencies, third-party vendors, and internal Large Customer Sales Canada teams to keep campaigns running smoothly and on time. You’ll also be tracking key performance metrics and helping to scale operational processes that directly impact media spend and client outcomes.
About the Role: Creator Brand Deal Specialist
As a Creator Brand Deal Specialist at Google, you’ll own the end-to-end production process for creator brand deals—from kickoff through final delivery. This means setting best practices, managing timelines, coordinating asset deliverables, and ensuring quality control that meets both brand standards and client expectations. Beyond production, this role has a meaningful operational and strategic component. You’ll partner with managed service providers and vendors to handle contract approvals, billing, compliance, and media incentive fund allocations. Tracking campaign milestones against OKRs—including brand agreement volume tied to media spend, time savings, and SLAs—will be a core part of how you measure success in this role.
