You’ll use DHL’s CRM tools to qualify leads across Canada — no industry limits — and gradually take ownership of small-to-medium business accounts. The earning potential is real, with an uncapped commission structure and an OTE ranging from $60,000 to $100,000.

About the Role: Business Development Representative

In the early stages, your focus will be on outbound prospecting — reaching potential clients via phone, email, and online platforms to introduce DHL Express services. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for your accounts, handling queries and coordinating with internal departments to move leads forward. Regular check-ins with your supervisor will give you consistent feedback and direction as you build your pipeline.

As you grow into the role, you’ll take on account reactivation and onboarding for small-sized business clients. This is a role that rewards self-starters who know how to manage their time and push through challenges with a positive attitude.
