About the Role: Bilingual Talent Acquisition Consultant

As a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for prospective Dealers — those who will operate as owner-operators driving store performance, people leadership, and customer experience at independently owned locations. You’ll source both passive and active candidates, conduct rigorous assessments, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience throughout. The typical hiring range is between $64,000 and $106,000, with final salary decisions based on experience, skills, market location, and internal equity.
