About the Role: Licensed Audiologist

Responsibilities

Working in Costco’s Hearing Centre, the Licensed Audiologist handles the full clinical and administrative scope of hearing health services. These responsibilities require both technical precision and strong interpersonal skills, as you’re working directly with members at every stage of their hearing care journey.

  • Assess hearing using comprehensive audiological testing including history taking, air and bone conduction thresholds, and speech testing
  • Recommend and dispense hearing instruments based on assessment results, or refer members to appropriate services when necessary
  • Fit and validate hearing aids through evaluations, verification, and real-ear measurements to confirm optimal performance
  • Perform impression taking, shell repair, and hearing aid modifications as required
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with professional and organizational standards
  • Adhere to infection control, privacy, and confidentiality protocols at all times
  • Collaborate with support staff to ensure appropriate task allocation and efficient clinic operations
  • Stay current on all products and services offered through the hearing centre
  • Assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed

Requirements / Skills

Costco is seeking a fully qualified Dispensing Audiologist who is regulated in Ontario and brings both clinical competence and strong communication skills.   • Master’s Degree in Audiology with all qualifications required to dispense hearing aids in Ontario
