• Monitor warehouse access, discretely observe high-value transactions (armored vehicle deposits, jewellery and register drawer setups), and hold a panic button during these events
• Check member receipts at exit, verify accuracy against merchandise, mark receipts with a highlighter, and thank members as they leave
• Assist members with directions, loading, and shopping support; dry off wet carts and ensure the entrance/exit area remains clean
• Conduct after-hours perimeter security checks using your personal vehicle, monitoring the exit door and reporting status via 2-way radio before doors open for employees
• Report suspicious activity to the duty manager and contact police if necessary
