Walmart Canada’s store located at 550 boul Wilfrid-Hamel in Quebec City is looking for an Associé de nuit (Night Associate) to join their overnight team. This is a Regular/Permanent position for someone who enjoys working when the store is quiet and takes pride in getting everything ready for the day ahead.

Working overnight means your efforts are what set the stage for every customer who walks through the doors each morning. From unloading trailers to stocking shelves and labelling merchandise, you’ll play a key role in keeping the store running smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role: Associé de nuit

As a Night Associate at Walmart Canada, your primary focus is on the receiving and flow of merchandise from the loading dock through to the sales floor. You’ll be part of a team that works strategically to process and place products before store opening, ensuring shelves are stocked, signed, and ready for customers. The overnight shift places a particular emphasis on backroom binning, labelling, and stocking — making it distinct from daytime fulfilment roles.

Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll also be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment. This includes following company policies and procedures, completing safety sweep logs, and making sure all displays and fixtures are secure before the store opens.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $18.75/hour. • Preparing the sales floor for store opening each morning

• Labelling and placing merchandise in backroom bins — a key differentiator of this overnight role
• Stocking the sales floor as assigned and providing customer service when required
• Labelling the sales floor in preparation for store opening
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures
