Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be actively involved in both the operational and people-management sides of running a Dollarama store. From handling daily shipments to supporting team members on the floor, your work keeps the store functioning at its best every single day.

  • Assist the management team in overseeing store operations and staff coordination
  • Box and unbox daily shipments efficiently to maintain inventory flow
  • Stock products on shelves daily in compliance with Dollarama’s presentation standards
  • Provide customer service and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with store safety and cleanliness standards
  • Conduct manager-on-duty tasks including managing daily breaks and recording attendance
  • Perform cash management along with store opening and closing duties as required
  • Participate in employee training to support new and existing team members
