About the Role: Air Walker
The Air Walker position is centred around supporting UPS drivers as they complete their daily routes. Responsibilities
Each day as an Air Walker involves active, route-based work alongside UPS Package Drivers. Your core focus is ensuring packages are delivered and picked up accurately and on time, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and the smooth functioning of UPS operations in the Lachine area.
- Deliver and pick up UPS packages efficiently and effectively at customer locations and drop boxes along a set route
- Assist UPS Package Drivers throughout their delivery and pick-up routes as directed
- Learn and apply proper UPS package handling methods to ensure safe and accurate processing
- Lift, lower, and carry packages continuously throughout the shift, including items weighing up to 70 lbs. / 32 kg
- Maintain efficiency and dedication to provide the best possible customer service experience
- Comply with UPS appearance guidelines and professional conduct standards at all times
Requirements / Skills
