Responsibilities
Day-to-day, this role centres on the physical handling and movement of packages through UPS’s Victoria facility. Every task you complete contributes directly to on-time delivery and customer satisfaction across the region.
- Learn and apply UPS’s standardized package handling techniques as trained
- Load and unload packages from trailers and package cars accurately and safely
- Scan and sort parcels to ensure proper routing through the distribution system
- Stock packages in the appropriate areas within the facility
- Ship and receive incoming and outgoing shipments
- Operate heavy machinery where required to support warehouse tasks
- Complete additional tasks as assigned in a fast-paced warehouse setting
Requirements / Skills
