About the Role: F/T Service Provider

As a Service Provider at UPS, your primary focus is the delivery and pickup of packages to and from both residential and commercial addresses. This is a physically demanding position that involves driving, lifting, lowering, and carrying packages throughout your shift. You’ll be expected to work with speed and accuracy while keeping safety at the forefront of everything you do.

Day-to-day, a UPS Service Provider is on the move — driving routes, managing deliveries, and ensuring every package reaches its destination on time. These responsibilities are central to UPS’s commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Deliver and pick up packages to and from residential and commercial properties on assigned routes
• Operate a vehicle safely by learning and properly executing UPS safe driving methods
• Lift, lower, and carry packages throughout the shift, including items up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Maintain professionalism by complying with UPS appearance guidelines at all times
• Provide excellent customer service through efficient, friendly, and dependable interactions at every stop
• Adhere to scheduling requirements with availability to work 5 days per week, Monday through Friday
