About the Role: Wellness & Benefits Consultant
As a Wellness & Benefits Consultant, you’ll take ownership of developing and delivering wellness-focused content through internal communication channels, identifying relevant topics, and producing engaging materials such as presentations and digital resources. You’ll maintain time and absence policies, support benefits open enrollment, coordinate with vendors, and contribute to annual programs like profit sharing payouts and employee education sessions. Serving as a tier 2 support resource, you’ll field questions related to leave, absence, and HR policy with accuracy and professionalism.
Collaboration is a core component of this position. You’ll work alongside HR and cross-functional teams to promote employee programs including the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), wellness challenges, and discount programs. You’ll also monitor program utilization and engagement metrics, contributing to continuous improvement while proactively identifying and addressing concerns. Confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential in this role.
Benefits and Salary
Canadian Tire offers a hiring range of $64,000 to $106,000 CAD annually, with final salary determined based on experience, skills, and market factors.
