About the Role: Utility & Commercial Service Coordinator

As a Utility & Commercial Service Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of inventory management across Tesla’s Megapack utility locations. This includes overseeing the full parts lifecycle — from ordering and receiving to stocking, cycle counting, and site audits — to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize service disruptions. You’ll also be responsible for optimising logistics schedules and material distribution to meet real-time service demands.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be the operational backbone for Megapack parts and materials management across multiple utility sites. From keeping inventory levels in check to collaborating with cross-functional teams, your work directly supports Tesla’s ability to deliver on its commercial service commitments.

  • Oversee service parts flow and storage containment at Megapack Utility sites, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
  • Manage and strategise the distribution of material stock across Megapack sites, optimising logistics schedules to meet service demands
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline parts operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs
  • Monitor KPIs including Parts Availability, Aged Returns, Cycle Count Accuracy, and Van Stock Consumption Compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams across service, logistics, procurement, EHS, and finance to align with business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements related to warehousing, safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Partner with Regional Service Coordinators to ensure all materials needed for Megapack operations are available within the local OC network

Requirements / Skills
